Suffocation
Suffocation in life can be felt when you are not able live
your life freely. External forces act upon you to forcibly make you do the
things which you don’t want to do or feel like not happy to do. Life becomes like
complicated frustrated devoid of the happiness of life.
Sometimes a stage may
come when you feel like remaining alone from all the happiness. When it
feel like nothing is good. You got suffocated with the happenings but its all
part of life dear if there is happiness there will be sorrow too but yes that
is different thing that some people had to suffer less and others more.

But don’t waste your precious time of life for that, just learn to cope with that situation smartly and be like never given even the worst storm came in your life you should remain stand still.
And the important thing is that take the things positively
because if you will have thought of positivism than positive things are going
to happen with you.
So whenever you feel like suffocated life or anything worse situation firstly calm down take long breathe and believe it is really going to help a lot. Then ask your self why this is happening to me is that all because of my mistake only ask minimum three questions with yourself not more than that stop and close your eyes and then look into your brain what it is thinking about then command your brain not to thing anymore on this topic and calm down you may get difficulty in doing this things in starting but then it will be fine for you. Hope all this is going to help you in getting out with all that type of worse situation thus making your life better.
