It's tasty and yummy food. Having tasty dish is one of delicious happiness, isn't that so...
In my previous blogs, I told you that happiness is everywhere you just need to find it.We cannot regret eating tasty food items contribute a lot to happiness☺. You may have often listened that some of the angry people tend to eat chocolates, cakes etc. Because all these things simply boost up their mood.Also, the activity of cooking makes us feel stress-free. Now it’s time to reveal that something...from my hobby. 😋And that is I am a foodie and loves to cook, try to make some delicious dish most of the time I encounter kitchen Today I am going to share you all a little bit modified yummy and hot chilli potato moulds. Yesterday, suddenly I got cravings for a hot chilli dish having potatoes. Just then this recipe cames out with all that cravings. And believe it is so yummy and I will not regret how much hot and chilli it was. Try it out and enjoy.

Ingredients needed for Hot Chilli Potato Moulds 
  • Green chilli 4
  • Big potato 4
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Corriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Cheese of your choice 1 small cubes ( you can include parmesan, cottage, Mozilla or any cheese) 
  • Red chilli powder 1/3rd of the teaspoon.
  • Salt for taste.
  • Breadcrumbs optional
  • Butter or oil for frying.
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Yogurt or tomato sauce for dip.
Method to make yummy potatoes chilli moulds

  • Boil potatoes, peel off them and mash them, then keep aside.
  • In a bowl 
  • Cut the chillies and garlic.
  • Grate the cheese. Mix well all the ingredients with mashed potatoes in a bowl. (You can add breadcrumbs optional to make it more crispy but then you need to deep fry them. But we are trying to make out the healthy one.)
  • After mixing well all ingredients make moulds out of it with the shape of your choice.
  • Then heat oil or butter in pan
  • Put the moulds in them.

  • Remove them after they turn satisfactory golden brown.
  • After that enjoy the hot and chilli potatoes moulds with tomato sauce or yoghurt dip.

It was that easy and yes! something quick to make.

Tip to Overcome Sensation of Chilli in Seconds



I thought after trying out this hot and chilli dish you are surely going to need it, and why not to share this secret tip. So, friends whenever tears shed out from your eyes, your nose and cheeks become almost red like tomatoes and saliva want to drop out. My trick is surely going to help you out. Whenever you are going to take the risk of eating hot and chilli food always keep chilled simple or fruit yoghurt nearby you. The time you got the chilli sensation, take a scoop of chilled yoghurt. It gonna give you relieve in seconds. And please don't drink water for the relief it makes you feel like bloating and augmented sensation nothing else.
